11.Vibhishana   told   Rama   that   the   aerial   car   resembling   a   cloud   stands   here   and   he   will   reach   Ayodhya   by   that   aerail   car   without   any   trouble.

12.Vibhishana   told   Rama   that   if   he   deserves   to   be   treated   with   kindness,   if   Rama   thinks   of   any   virtue   in   him   and   if   there   is   any   affection,   Rama,   the   sagacious   one,   should   remain   there   for   a   while.

13.Vibhishana   told   Rama   that   alongwith   brother   Lakshmana   and   consort   Sita,   a   princess   of   Videha,   shall   depart   after   honoured   with   all   luxuries.

14.Vibhishana   told   Rama   that   he   should   accept   the   hospitality   arranged   by   him   now   alongwith   the   army   and   the   host   of   friends.

15.Vibhishana   told   Rama,   a   scion   of   Raghu   that   as   a   servant   he   seeks   this   favour   out   of   affection,   great   esteem,   friendly   feeling   and   ordering   him.

17.Rama   told   the   gentle   Vibhishana,   a   scorcher   of   enemies,   that   he   was   honoured   by   his   valued   counsel,   efforts   put   with   whole   soul   and   the   excellent   friendship.

18,19,20.Rama   told   Vibhishana,   the   king   of   ogres,   that   he   would   definitely   not   turn   down   his   request.   Even   then   to   see   his   brother   Bharata   who   came   all   the   way   to   Citrakuta   to   take   back   Rama   besought   with   bowed   head   whose   request   was     not   accepted   by   Rama,   as   Rama   is   impatient   to   see   that   Bharata,   Kausalya,   Sumitra,   the   illustrious   Kaikeyi,   preceptors,   friends   and   the   citizens   of   Ayodhya   with   their   sons.
