1.Vibhishana   wishing   victory   to   Rama,   tamer   of   enemies,   who   had   risen   happily   after   spending   the   night   there   with   joined   palms   spoke   the   following   words.

2,3.Vibhishana   told   Rama   that   these   ladies   with   lotus   like   eyes   well   versed   in   the   art   of   decoration   bave   come   to   duly   assist   you   in   bathing.   Please   accept   all   with   blessings   to   me   like   baths,   cosmetics,   garments,   ornaments,   celestial   sancal   paste   and   various   garlands.

4.Rama   being   spoken   to   as   above   replied   to   Vibhishana   to   invite   monkeys   headed   by   Sugriva   for   a   bath.

5.Rama   told   Vibhishana   that   the   mighty   armed   prince   Bharata,   mind   set   on   virtue,   who   is   used   to   comforts,   handsome   and   considers   truth   to   be   above   all   is   suffering   for   my   sake.

6.Rama   told   Vibhishana   that   without   Bharata,   son   of   Kaikeyi,   who   is   practicing   virtue   bathing,   garments   and   ornaments   are   of   no   value   to   him.

7.Rama   told   Vibhishana   that   he   would   like   to   return   quickly   to   the   city   of   Ayodhya   but   the   route   by   which   he   had   come,   that   route   is   surely   most   difficult   to   travel.

8.Vibhishana   being   spoken   to   as   above   by   Rama,   son   of   emperor   Dasaratha,   replied   'I   shall   enable   you   reach   that   city   in   one   day'.

10.Vibhishana   told   Rama   with   unequalled   prowess   that   the   excellent   celestial   aerial   car   brought   by   Ravana   after    
defeating   Kubera   which   can   move   by   thought   is   kept   protected   and   is   waiting   for   your   sake.
