4,5,6.Lord   Siva   told   Rama   with   great   might   that   comforting   the   wretched   Bharata,   the   illustrious   Kausalya,   and   seeing   Kaiketi   and   Sumitra,   mother   of   Lakshmana,   attaining   the   sovereighty   of   Ayodhya,   bringing   delight   to   your   dear   and   near   ones,   stabilising   the   dynasty   of   the   race   of   Ikshwaku,   performing   a   horse   sacrifice,   attaining   hightest   renown   and   bestowing   riches   on   Brahmanas   he   should   go   to   the   heavens.

7,8.Lord   Siva   told   Rama,   a   scion   of   Kakutstha,   that   his   father   Dasaratha,   who   was   his   highly   illustrious   senior   in   the   wprld   of   mortals   is   here   seated   in   an   aerial   car   who   has   been   delivered   by   him   had   reached   the   realm   of   Indra   and   he   should   pay   respects   to   him   along   with   Lakshmana.
