1.The   god   of   Fire   hearing   those   auspicios   words   addressed   by   Brahma,   the   creator,   emerged   from   the   burning   pyre   taking   Sita,   a   princess   of   Videha,   in   his   arms.

2.Then   the   god   of   fire,   in   a   corporeal   form,   scattering   the   pyre   quickly   rose   taking   Sita,   daughter   of   Janaka   and   a   princess   of   Videha.

3,4.The   god   of   Fire   carrying   in   his   arms   Sita,   a   princess   of   Videha,   who   shone   brightly   like   the   rising   sun,   adorned   with   ornaments   of   refined   gold,   attired   in   redd   robes,   youthful   with   dark   curly   hair,   with   ornaments   of   lower   and   beyond   reproach   restored   her   to   Rama.

7.The   god   of   Fire   told   Rama   that   Sita   with   her   strength   of   character,   whose   conduct   has   been   excellent,   was   never   unfaithful   to   you   either   by   word   or   mind   or   conception.

8.The   god   of   Fire   told   Rama   that   Sita   was   abducted   from   the   forest   by   Ravana,   the   ogre,   who   was   proud   of   his   valour,   separated   from   him   and   kept   hidden   alone   and   powerless.

9.The   god   of   fire   told   Rama   that   though   Sita   was   detained   in   the   gynaeceum,   she   was   kept   hidden   and   guarded   by   cruel   ogresses   with   frightful   looks   nad   her   mind   focused   on   him   and   looking   on   him   as   the   final   resort.
