2,3.Vibhishana   lamented   that   the   renowned   and   valiant   hero,   Ravana,   skilled   in   politics,   accustomed   to   sleep   on   a   costly   bed   is   lying   down   killed   on   the   ground   with   long   arms   adorned   with   armlets   spread   motionless   and   crown   brilliant   as   the   sun   knocked   down.

5.Vibhishana   lamented   that   since   eneither   Ravana   himself   nor   Prahasta   nor   Indrajit   due   to   pride   nor   Kumbhakarna   nor  the   great   car   warrior   Atikaya   nor   Narantaka   nor   pther   people   accepted   his   words   as   a   result   of   which   this   state   has   happened.

7.Vibhishana   lamented   that   when   this   Ravana   the   best   of   those   weilding   weapons   had   fallen   on   the   ground   the   sun   has   fallen   to   the   earth,   the   moon   has   merged   with   darkness   and   the   fire   has   ceased   to   emit   flames.

9.Vibhishana   lamenetedd   that   the   huge   tree   in   the   shape   of   the   king   of   ogres,   Ravana,   with   courage   as   foliage,     stubbornness   for   its   excellent   blossom,   ascetism   for   strength   and   valour   for   its   roots   has   been   broken   by   the   wind   in   the   shape   of   Rama.

10.Vibhishana   lamented   that   a   elephant   in   rut   in   the   form   of   Ravana   with   ardour   for   tusks,   line   of   as   the   rear,   anger   and  graciousness   as   back   and   proboscis   is   lying   asleep   on   the   ground   with   its   body   attacked   by   a   lion   in   the   shape   of   a   scion  of   Ikshvaku,   Rama.
