21.Agastya   told   Rama   that   prostrations   to   the   sun   god   with   the   lustre   of   refined   gold,   accepting   offerings   as   fire   god,   architect   of   universe,   dispeller   of   darkness,   splendour   incarnate   and   the   witness   of   the   goings   on   in   the   world.

22.Agastya   told   Rama   that   the   sun   god   destroys,   creates   and   sustains   the   universe.   He   radiates   heat   with   his   rays   and   sends   ahowers.

23.Agastya   told   Rama   that   the   sun   god   plants   himself   in   the   created   beings   and   remains   awake   when   the   they   are   sleeping.   He   himself   is   the   act   of   pouring   oblations   into   the   sacred   fire   and   also   the   fruit   attained   by   those   who   pour   oblations   into   the   sacred   fire.

26.Agastya   told   Rama   to   worship   the   sun   god   who   is   the   god   of   gods   and   Lord   of   the   universe   and   chanting   the   Aditya-Hrdaya   threetimes   with   concentrated   mind   he   will   be   victorious   in   battles.

31.Then   sun   god   standing   in   the   midst   of   hosts   of   gods   extremely   delighted   in   mind   and   exhilarated   on   seeing   Rama   and   on   perceiving   the   death   of   Ravana,   the   king   of   night   stalkers,   blessing   Rama   told   him   'make   haste'.
