covered   by   trees   of   various   types,   green   grass-lands   frequented   by   deers,   full
of   flowers   on   creepers,   trees   ever   laden   with   flowers   and   fruits,   lions   and   tigers   moving   about,   frequented   by   elephants   in   rut,   made   noisy   by   flocks   of   birds   in   heat,   full   of   rivulets   with   gushing   water,   which   rose   high   with   tall   peaks.

springs   of   water.   The   mountain   with   terrified   deer   and   elephants,   its   giant
trees   violently   shaken,   with   its   gigantic   peaks   deserted   by   couples   of   nagas
and   gandharvas   under   excessive   drink   and   copulation,   by   groups   of
vidyadharas   even,   birds   flying   high   in   the   skies,   with   boulders   and   mountain
peaks   shaken   and   fallen   and   huge   serpents   hiding   themselves   in   holes,   became
deserted.
