39   to   42,.Rama   told   Vali   that   royal   sages   and   men   who   were   well   versed
in   righteousness   for   eating   meat   catch   animals   using   trenches,   nets.   cages
and   traps,   openly   or   remaining   concealed,   either   running   away   terrified   or
with   courage   remain   firmly   rooted,   which   are   circumspect   or   unwary   and
kill   them.   He   being   a   monkey   he   was   mortally   wounded   with   an   arrow   in
a   battle   whether   you   were   fighting   face   to   face   or   not   fighting.   For   these
there   is   nothing   wrong   in   this   act   and   Rama   felt   no   qualms   of   conscience   or
agony   in   this.
