2,3.Rama   being   rebuked   by   Vali,   thereafter   spoke   the   following   excellent
words   which   were   full   of   righteousness,   worldly   interests   and   meaningful   to
Vali   the   foremost   of   monkeys   who   looked   like   the   sun   shorn   of   lustre,   the
cloud   that   has   spent   its   watre   and   like   the   fire   which   has   been   extinguished.

woodlands   belong   to   the   scions   of   Ikshvaku   dynasty   and   they   have   the   right
to   punish   and   reward   the   animals,   birds   and   humans   resident   there.
