King   Dasaratha,   out   of   his   desire   to   do   good   to   the   people,
was   pleased to   think   of   coronating   that   Rama   as   the   crown
prince,   who   was   the   eldest son,   loved   by   all,   possessed   of  all
the   desirable   qualities   as   mentioned above,  of   undiminished  valour,   repository   of   all   high   attributes   and  intent   on   doing  good   to  the   people   (19-20).
