21.Rama   told   Bharata   that   he   should   think   about   his   own   soul   and   think   about   any   one.

22.Rama   told   Bharata   that   the   lord   of   death   walks   and   lives   with   a   person.   The   lord   of   death walks   a   long   way   with   the   person   and   then   returns.

23.Rama   told   Bharata   that   man   as   he   grows   old,   folds   appear   on   the   skin   on   his   limbs,   hair turns   grey   and   how   can   a   man   worn   out   by   age   control   them?

24.Rama   told   Bharata   that   men   are   happy   when   the   sun   rises   and   also   when   it   sets,   without perceiving   that   their   life   span   is   reducced.

25.Rama   told   Bharata   that   men   rejoice   at   the   start   of   seasons   since   they   bring   something   new but   they   do   not   realise   the   waning   of   life   of   living   beings   with   change   of   seasons.

26,27.Rama   told   Bharata   that   just   as   two   pieces   of   wood   remain   together   for   some   time   in the   ocean   before   separating,   wives,   sons,   relatives   and   wealth   will   stay   for   sometime   with a   person   and   then   leave   a   person   alone.

28.Rama   told   Bharata   that   for   a   living   being   it   is   not   possible   to   change   the   effect   of   deeds   of an   earlier   birth.   Similarly   there   is   no   purpose   in   greiving   oer   a   dead   person.

29,30.Rama   told   Bharata   that   just   as   a   passerby   wants   to   join   a   crowd,   the   path   of   righteousness   followed   by   forefathers   is   constant   and   one   who   observes   that   cannot   mourn.
