21.Surpanakha   told   Ravana   that   a   king   though   asleep   with   eyes   closed

23.Surpanakha   told   Ravana   that   by   ignoring   his   enemies,   attached   to   the
pleasures   of   senses,   not   knowingthe   division   between   time   and   place,
having   never   applied   your   mind   to   determine   the   merits   and   demerits   of
a   thing,   he   will   soon   find   his   sovereignty   endangered   and   perish.
