INTRODUCTION
 
1.Opens mouth prior to nipple touching the mouth
2.Looks for object that has been removed from direct line of vision
3.Removes cloth from face that obscures vision.
4. Holds and explores objects with mouth, toys and so on.
5.Turns a bottle upside down to feed himself ( inverted 180 degrees)
6.Vocalizes displeasure when favourite/needed/toys is withdrawn or  
preferred activity is stopped.
7.Regards any new object using all senses.
8.Holds and examines the offered object for atleast a minute.
9.Responds differently to friendly and angry talking.
10.Looks at the floor when something falls down.
11.Performs simple gestures on request-clapping hands.
12.Opens mouth when he sees spoonful of food.
13.Attains partially hidden object.
14.Shakes a sound making toy on a staring.
15.Finds objects hidden uinder container.
16.Indicates wants, not by crying.
17.Removes object from open container by reaching into container.
18.Places object in container in imitation.
19.Drops and picks up toy.
20.Places ring on stand.
21.Attains completely hidden object.
22. Places object in container.
23.Puts objects in container empties container.
24. Individually takes out the objects from container.
25.Pushes three blocks, train style.
26.Attends to easy/familiar task for 1-5 mins. when supervised.
27.Transfers object from one hand to another to pick up another object.
28.Points three body parts on self.
29.Points to self when asked, "Where is ---------- (name)?
30.Actively explores own environment.
31. Points to named picture.
32. Points to anser to questions.
33.Initiates sounds,words, body movements spontaneously.
34.Stacks any three objects on request.
35.Places five round pegs in peg board on request.
36.Removes circle from form board.
37.Inverts a small vial in order to retrieve materials.
38. Labels objects in his environment.
39. Matches like objects.
40. Follows simple instructions to locate objects.
41. Scribbles.
42. Matches object with pictures of the same object.
43. Turns pages of a book,2-3 at a time, to find named picture.
44. Places the different shapes in a three piece form board.
45. Performs new activities/tasks when required.
46. Finds specific personal item on request.
47. Locates objects using indirect visual clues.
48. Uses a stick to retrieve an object.
49.Uses new objects differently from other objects.
50.Relates to cause effect situation correctly.
