63,64.At   this   time   a   minister   of   Ravana,   Suparswa   by   name   with   deep   insight,   highly   intelligent   and   upright   seeing   Sita,   the   unfortunate   Princes   of   Mithila,   crying   as   above   and   like   Rohini   sepaeared   from   Moon   god   and   coming   under   the   sway   of   planet   Mars,   spoke   the   following   words   to   Ravana   even   being   restrained   by   the   other   ministers.

65.Suparswa   asked   the   ten   headed   king,   Ravana,   being   the   younger   brother   of   Kubera   himself   discarding   righteousness   and   in   a   fit   of   anger   desire   to   kill   Sita,   princess   of   Videha?

67.Suparswa   told   Ravana,   the   king   of   the   earth,   that   Sita,   princess   of   Mithila   is   richly   endowed   with   beauty   and   he   should   wait   for   her.   He   also   Ravana   that   he   give   vent   to   his   wrath   on   Rama   along   with   them.

69.Suparswa   told   Ravana   that   wearing   armour   and   with   a   sword   seated   on   the   excellent   chariot,   having   killed   Rama,   son   of   Dasaratha,   he   will   get   Sita,   princess   of   Mithila.

70.The   powerful   and   evil   minded   Ravana   accepting   the   advice   of   friend   which   was   consonant   with   righteousness,   then   returned   to   the   palace.   He   then   left   to   the   council   chamber   again   accompanied   by   friends.
