7.Kumbhakarna   told   Ravana   that   the   king   who   holding   consultations   with   ministers   takes   into   consideration   the   five   aspects   of   the   three   fold   duties,   he   moves   on   the   right   path.   The   five   aspects   of   an   action   are   1)   method   of   initiating   action.   2)   personality   and   material   to   be   worked   upon.   3)   time   and   place   of   action.   4)   provision   against   mischance.   5)   chances   of   success.   The   three   fold   actions   are   1)   conclusion   of   peace   through   conciliation.   2)   acceptance   of   allegiance   through   gift.   3)   invasion.
