3   to   9.Rama   who   was   capable   and   mighty   armed,   was   patted   with   love  
by   good   mothers   with   arms   adorned   with   gold   bangles   and   pearl  
ornaments,   earlier   made   fragrant   with   sandal   paste   and   agar,   decorated  
with   sandal   paste   with   the   colour   of   the   rising   sun,   earlier   shining   with  
the   head   of   Sita,   with   a   body   like   the   serpent,   Taksha,   living   in   the  
waters   of   ganges,   like   a   yoke,   in   a   combat   increasing   the   distress   of  
enemies,   enhancing   the   joy   of   friends,   with   long   arms   supporting   the  
ground   upto   the   sea,   with   a   scar   on   the   left   side   due   to   pulling   the   bow  
string   to   discharge   arrows,   like   a   huge   iron   club,   having   given   away  
one   thousand   cows   as   gift   and   worshippable   hand   keeping   as   a   pillow  
lay   down,   respectful   as   per   scriptures,   with   austerities   and   controlled  
mind,   thought   of   the   sea   god   and   deciding   'either   death   for   me   or  
crossing   of   the   ocean'.
