2   to   8.   Maruthi       saw   from   there   ,   the   Ashokavana   which   was   glowing   with   the   blooming trees   of   various   kinds   ,   the   branches   of   which   were   bending   low   as   if   touching the   earth   due   to   the   weight   of   the   flowers.   He   also   saw   many   buildings   and   basement rooms   with   chairs   and   carpets   spread   .   There   were   ponds   of   golden   lotuses   and   lilies. The   Ashoka   trees   with   their   flowers   in  full  bloom,      glowing   in   the     light   of   the   rising sun   appeared   as   if   the   trees   were   burning.
