The son of

these words of the
son of Jamadagni

manner marked with humility,
due to the reverence he
(Sri Rama)
had for his father (i.e.

Raghava took hold of that

(bow) from the hands of
the Scion of the Bhrigu
clan, as also the arrow,
one who was capable of demonstrating
his prowess even in a
playful manner (4).

`O! Best among

for you are
one from the priestly class

of your relationship with Viswamitra,
as Viswamitra is worthy
of my worship.
For that reason I am

is capable of taking your

of the Bhrigu
clan, all the gods along
with groups of sages, with
the Grandsire
in their lead came there
in groups and groups, to
see Rama, who

Also came there the Gandharvas,
the celestial nymphs, Sidhas, Charanas,
Kinnaras, Yakshas, demons and
the great Snakes, all of
them to see that great
wonderful spectacle (9-10).
