Those   high-souled   scions   of   the   Raghu   race,   along   with   their
wives,   circumambulated   the   holy   fire,   the   sacred   altar,   the
kings   and   the   sages   and   then   went   through   the   wedding   ritual
as   laid   down   in   the   codes   and   manuals   prescribing   the
procedures   for   this   ritual   (40).
