He who accumulates wealth and does
not utilise it for
productivity, is as good as dead

The miser who accumulates wealth
thinking that is the be-all and end-all of life and does not share it with
others will only earn a wretched
future birth (1002).

generous is like the beautiful woman remaining single and lonely ripening

The miser who is not generous
is like the tree in the centre of the village that bears poisonous fruit

kith and the deserving, will ultimately
pass into the
the hands of strangers (1009).

The wealthy man

like the cloud that does not release

content as rain (1010).
