p#ÏyyaÓtrS¥Óyya   and without any foreign thought intervening
uÚlEKy¢Óvjan£yat¯ÞvÞvãptya    one must realize It to be one's real Self

381. Constant thought on Brahman without break will let you know Brahman  as completely  as   your own  self.

udas£ntya   without any concern

382. Giving up all ego, you establish yourself in this Atman and remain there, indifferent to the body as one is indifferent to a broken jar.

383. With purity of heart and the self established in the Atman, the pure consciousness, which is the witness of all, you will be quiet and will see the fullness of the Atman everywhere.

384. Know the Atman to be indivisible, perfect and all-pervasive while the body, senses, name, form, all come from ignorance of the Self.

385. Space within pots  of  different  names  and  forms remains  the same space, so too does the  one Atman seen to  be  many  in  different  bodies.

386. All upadhis from   Brahma  down  to  a  blade  of  grass  are unreal. Being   one  with  the  Atman, you  see  the   Atman  everywhere.

387. What  appears as true is not seen after discrimination, but it merges into the Reality. The world is nothing but the Atman, just as we find the snake to be nothing but the rope.

390. Wave,  foam,  bubble are all but  the same water. So too  the body  and  all else  are  nothing  but  the same consciousness.
