 281. Follow the scriptures, reason and realization of the self constantly to remove ignorance of identification of the non-Self with the Self.

282. The  wise  man  has no  thought of giving up or accepting anything.This   illusion must be destroyed through constant  devotion   to   Brahman.

284. As long as  you have knowledge   of   the   self, continue to do away with ignorance   of   identifying  the   Self   with   the   non-Self.

285. You must continue your practice as  long  as  the  world   and   the   Jeeva   appear   even   as   a   dream, and   continue to do  away  with the  ignorance   of   identification of the   non-Self   with   the   Self.

286. One   is   apt   to   forget   the   thought   of   oneness  with   the   Atman when in sleep, talk or other activity. Give such  distractions  no room,   but  continue to do away  with ignorance  of   identification of the  non-Self   with the  Self.

praÏm¢n   in the Supreme Self

288. Space within  a jar can  be seen as one with  space outside;  so to see the  Atman within as one with the    Supreme. And on becoming  one, become  silent.

290.  Merge your body's consciousness with that blissful consciousness. Give up this gross and subtle body and  become   one  with the  Whole.
