5.Ravana   told   his   ministers   that   he   knew   that   they   were   of   unfailing   prowess   in   a   battle   even   though   they   satnd   mute   looking   at   one   another   coming   to   know   of   Rama's   prowess.

7.Malyavan   told   Ravana   that   that   king   rules   the   kingdom   for   long   and   bring   his   enemies   under   subjugation   who   is   well   versed   in   the   sciences   and   follows   the   path   of   law.

8.Malyavan   told   Ravana   that   the   king   who   concludes   peace   or   fights   his   enemies  
according   to   the   periods   and   looks   to   increase   his   own   prosperity   enjoys   great   power.

9.Malyavan   told   Ravana   that   a   king   should   not   under   rate   his   enemy.   He   should   conclude   peace   when   he   is   of   lower   strength   and   with   equals   also.   When   he   is   superior   he   should   wage   war.
